Nathan came out to diagnose and fix my furnace within a day of my call to him. He was very respectful and reasonable and he figured out the problem in just a few minutes! He had my heater back up and going in no time. I highly recommend CSS for any HVAC needs!
The hottest day we’ve had this year and our ac decided to quit working. Messaged CSS about the issue and Nathan was at my house the same day and got the problem fixed. Never tried to upsale or change parts without verifying they were bad. Very knowledgeable upfront and easy going. Highly recommend!

We realized last night that the fan on our hvac wasn’t working. My husband tried stuff last night, and I spent an hour trying things this morning. We desperately needed this issue fixed today, but didn’t want to pay an arm and a leg if possible. I called Nathan and he was here within a couple of hours. He solved the issue for us and our house is now cooling down. The service was awesome, and the work was incredible! So happy!

I had a really good experience with Climate Simulation Solutions. They were super easy to work with and actually took the time to explain everything instead of just rushing through it. They showed up when they said they would, got everything done without any issues, and just made the whole process stress-free. You can tell they know what they’re doing and actually care about the work. I’d definitely use them again and recommend them if you need anything done.
I am so grateful to Nathan for checking out a home I just moved into when I thought the air conditioner just needed maintenance. He showed me how terrible the random repairs had ruined the entire system. He immediately replaced everything at a very reasonable price with workmanship being top notch. If you have a problem, there ain't nobody better.
My AC had not been working for about 4 days. We had a “bigger company” come out… they wouldn’t listen to the problem we were having… I called Climate Simulations on a Sunday, on Monday (today) they got the parts I needed and came out had it fixed with in 30 minutes. Awesome company and family owned. They listen and work swiftly and efficiently! Definitely amazing and will be calling them for any AC needs!

I posted on Facebook at 10:30pm looking for next day service because our AC went out and we have 3 kids with the youngest being 3 weeks old - it was HOT in our house. Heather commented and when I reached out she responded within minutes. Nathan was at my house by 8:30 the next morning and bless him he handled my tears (lol) when he told me my AC couldn’t be fixed that day because the part needed to be ordered. Here we are the day he said it would be fixed and it’s fixed. The pricing was fair and the customer service was amazing. What more could you ask for? I will be recommending them to anyone who asks for suggestions moving forward ☺️
Nathanial is my Go to HVAC wizard. I'm a maintenance manager for 3 commercial locations and he has proven very skillful in figuring out perplexing issues that others were not able to identify. He's honest, and works hard in the worst of conditions, I hate to share him with others, but he also deserves every one of these 5 stars I'm giving him. If I could give him more, I would.

I called Nathan yesterday after my dad had been with no ac for a few days and the previous person that came out put in a little Freon and called it fixed. Nathan was able to come out almost immediately and fixed the problem! Highly recommend!
Called Nathan on Friday evening because my hvac craapped out. He came out Saturday and determined that it was dead. He priced me the new system over the weekend, kept in regular communication, and was here Tuesday morning to replace my system. He was extremely respectful of my time and my house. He and Wade did an excellent job with the replacement. I appreciate how quickly and professionaly everything was done. 100% recommend him and his company. Thank you!
